Online Video Consultations
Secure online video consultations are available for patients throughout Spain, including the Costa del Sol, Estepona, Marbella, Sotogrande, Mijas, Fuengirola, and surrounding areas.
Whether you prefer to be seen in person or from the comfort of your home, you will receive the same personalised, high-quality medical care in either English or Spanish.
New patients will be requested to complete a clinical questionnaire before their appointment to help Dr Raquel Delgado understand previous medical history and healthcare needs.
Dr Delgado understands that plans can occasionally change. Therefore, she offers the following cancellation policy for her services:
Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of your payment within 7-10 days.
50% Refund: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% refund will be issued to cover administrative costs.
